What drives me at work is having the ability to make a positive impact in my client and candidates’ lives. True gratification is a call back from a client telling me how wonderful a new hire is doing and how much more efficiently and effectively their team has become because of hiring them. Also, seeing the family and community impacts that have taken place from the people I have placed is really mind blowing and brings a true sense of accomplishment.
