What You'll Do:

• Connect with customers and arrange payments.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Negotiate and approve payment plans.
• Manage, train, and coach a team of Commercial Collections Representatives.
• Lead departmental meetings and communicate with leaders and divisions.

• 3 plus years of B2B collections experience. 
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
• A College degree or equivalent experience is required.
