Your Role:

• Support project management teams with efficient communication and coordination.

• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation.

• Facilitate pre-construction activities and maintain project compliance.

• Collaborate on project preparation, submittals, and agreements.

• Maintain project records using Procore and Viewpoint.

• Assist in bid preparation and project closeout.

• Provide administrative support, including executive assistance.
