This Compensation Analyst will work under the Director of Compensation and will work hand in hand with the HR team to implement new strategies and process improvements.
What You'll Do:
- As Compensation Analyst, you’ll oversee, analyze, and implement compensation amounts for current and future employees.
- Review classification revisions and determine appropriate adjustments.
- Regularly audit jobs and interpret whether alterations should be made to responsibilities and position requirements
- Prepare special case studies to assist with recommendations on: incentive comp, pay structure, job architecture, and process automations.
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree HR, Business Analytics, Finance, or translatable field
- 3 to 5 years of translatable experience preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and reporting skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Workday experience preferred
