We have a direct-hire opportunity for a Service Advisor with a fantastic client in Kansas City, Kansas, that offers a growth-orientated culture and pays 100% of insurance costs for yourself AND your family! This is an in-office role. You'll also have the chance to take your HVAC knowledge on the road (of course covered) and no micromanagement (trust ya). Got your attention? Read on.
 

What You'll Do:

  • As the Service Advisor, you will recommend and select the best products to meet client needs and building criteria. (You'll put all that extensive HVAC knowledge to work).
  • Train, coach, and collaborate with teams on setup, installation, products, and equipment.
  • Attend & complete OSHA training – no running with scissors.
  • As the Service Advisor, you'll provide outstanding customer service and team support (our client knows this is a two-sided coin).
  • Help troubleshoot setup and installation questions – "Ummm, where does that go?"
  • Resolve issues and ensure warranty claims are processed (yeah, that part didn't work like planned).
 
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
  • 5 years of HVAC experience and extensive knowledge
    • Prior VRF & rooftop experience
  • Customer service mindset and able to answer customers' and teams' technical questions – So that does what?
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Solar experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • A technical degree or certification in HVAC is a bonus but not required.

We have a direct hire opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer - APG Engineered Sales in the Springfield area with an established, yet growing HVAC distributor.  This is a remote based opportunity with a complete home-office setup. You'll earn $70000 - $85000 / year base pay, plus commission. You will need to be based in or near Springfield, MO and travel territory for sales.  You'll have a lucrative base salary and commission structure, 100% paid benefits, flexible schedule and a phenomenal culture, and Work from Home!

 
This position is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while providing consultative HVAC solutions for commercial clients. In this role you will be responsible for working with engineering firms to assist in the design, application and specification of VRF, outside air and controls equipment alongside a robust internal applications team. 
  
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
  •  establish, maintain and leverage relationships with contractors to promote, specify, bid and sell Samsung equipment on projects 
  • As the Technical Sales Engineer, you'll work with engineering firms to assist in the design, application, and specification of VRF, outside air, and controls equipment 
  • As the Technical Sales Engineer, you'll pursues the Basis of Design position with represented products 
  • Develops required engineering documents to support these efforts 
  • Maintains an understanding of competitor products and paths to market, and leverages relationships with engineers and contractors to construct bid documents to yield a competitive advantage 
  • The ideal candidate will successfully build and nurture strong relationships with engineers, contractors and vendors.
