Our client is seeking a Program Manager for their Non-for-Profit to manage programs and services for a direct hire placement opportunity. You'll earn $55,000-$65,000 a year, plus great benefits. 
As the Program Manager for this local non for profit, you will manage the day-to-day office workflow for all programs and processes. 
You'll be responsible for managing student and new doctor programs and events for the organization, the Faculty and Student Membership Liaison Committee, organizing Board of Trustee visits to the schools and colleges, and communication with affiliates regarding membership outreach to new graduates. You will also work closely with communications and marketing to plan and execute student and new doctor related content through various media platforms.

What You'll Do: 

  • Review and manage annual student membership and reconciliation processes.  

  • Prepare, update, and distribute communications (direct mail, website, and e-communications). 

  • Develop and execute programs and resources to support membership and retention. 

  • Develop and maintain member and affiliate relationships by communicating updates and opportunities.  

  • Manage membership initiatives within colleges and regional and national meetings or conferences. 

  • Manage the Liaison Committee by organizing regular meetings. Work with Committee chair to develop agendas, committee priorities and activities. 

  • Plan and execute events and educational programs at meetings to engage students and  

  • Review and update web content for relevant pages. 



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred. 

  • 3 plus years' experience in a managerial support and program management setting. 

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Experience or knowledge of association management software platforms (i.e. Personify) and web content management platforms (i.e. Ingeniux) a plus. 

  • Prior experience with database management a plus. 



  • This position may require some travel to three to four meetings per year or as needed.
