Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the details and facilitate meetings. You’ll work with Executive Leaders and the Board of Directors in Chesterfield, MO, keeping things moving and grooving. This is a direct placement opportunity making $50,000-$55,000 a year. What You Will Be Doing:  

  • Provides administrative and support to the Director, along with VP’s and Board of Directors. 

  • You’ll discreetly prepare confidential reports and documents. Organize and update records, our database, and spreadsheets.  

  • You’ll be the master of the Director's calendar and schedule appointments.  

  • You’ll facilitate meetings, events, or conferences. You’ll have fun arranging all the details from the invites to the speakers to the budget. 

  • You’ll plan and facilitate quarterly board meetings and produce board books. You’ll coordinate meetings and logistics of the Board Members. You’ll take minutes at meetings. You’ll prep agendas, minutes and supplemental materials. 

  • You’ll coordinate all the travel arrangements and meeting details.  

  • Keep confidential stuff – confidential. You will deal with sensitive information and financial records. Discretion and tact a must. You will review and maintain confidential records – by hard copy and electronic. 

  • Scheduling meetings and travel for CEO. 


What Experience You Will Bring:  

  • 2+ years of administrative experience  

  • Communication! You can effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public 

  • Proficient Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Prior exp. with executive level/ c-level staff a plus. 

  • You are a wiz at prioritizing what needs to be done and getting it done! 

  • Previous event planning, meeting facilitation, travel coordination, and budget management experience is a plus! 

  • Must be well organized and capable of handling multiple complex projects at the same time
