What You'll Do:

• Ensure our organization stays on the right side of the law. Keep policies updated and educate managers on compliance.
• Craft HR policies that are a perfect fit for federal, state, and local laws. Stay ahead of the game with regular updates.
• Investigate HR practices, policies, and systems to ensure we're rocking the best practices and meeting employment regulations.
• Empower Senior Management to create an engaging and productive work environment. Coach managers and employees through tricky employee relations issues.
• Handle employee complaints with finesse. Investigate and offer solutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Create awesome programs for retention, rewards, and recognition. Let's keep our team shining bright!
• Communicate policies and programs effectively to our fantastic employees. Keep the HR talk flowing smoothly.
• Oversee the employee termination process with grace. Conduct exit interviews and find ways to make farewells better.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or related field OR will consider a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the HR field. 
• Proven HR management experience.
• HRIS experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
