Our client, a global leader in steel belt conveyor manufacturing has a direct-hire opportunity for a Service Technician in Alpharetta, GA. While heavily focused on the metal industries, the Service Technician would be responsible to help grow the service activities and parts sales throughout North America. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of all areas of plant design with an emphasis on material handling and 2 years of experience using AutoCAD.

What You'll Do:
The Service Technician would be responsible to make periodic and scheduled visits to customers to check the performance of the installed equipment, support the customers via email and phone calls, identify any new business opportunities, and monitor the level of customer satisfaction regarding company products and services. 

To be successful in this role, the individual must be capable of performing independently, able to think under pressure, be customer focused, self-motivated, organized, enjoy problem-solving and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.  The Service Engineer may work alone or as a leader/consultant with a work crew of customer or contractor technicians.

To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
Experience:  5+ years in industrial installation, commissioning, maintenance, installation supervision, and service.  The ideal candidate will have a foundry and/or power
